Tambor's beach is known for being an excellent swimming location. Unlike other, more visited beaches along the southern coast of the peninsula, Tambor is protected from overpowering waves and dangerous rip tides. Its positioning within a bay ensures safe swimming conditions for everyone. These clear, calm waters also make it an ideal location for snorkeling and scuba diving. Kayaking through the area's incredible mangroves is very popular among visiting guests and residents. Exploring nature in the areas surrounding Tambor is surely one of the greatest highlights of owning or renting property here.
