The green areas include an orchard of fruit trees, a community garden with spices and its own well, which can supply all water consumption or can be used only for irrigation, pool, and other outside activities.

The bed and breakfast revenue can cover all the estate expenses and provide a nice profit at the end of the year. For the past five years the rental of 2 and a half months has been guaranteed by a family.
