The entrance sits about 300 meters from the beach, so you get sweeping views and seclusion without giving up walkability — a favorite of families and retirees.
Ladera del Mar
Perched on the highest ridge above Coco at more than 375 feet of elevation, Ladera del Mar delivers panoramic views over the Pacific and the Gulf of Papagayo. Fully-serviced lots run 5,000-plus square meters (about 1.25 acres), with move-in-ready luxury homes also available. A welcome center and 24/7 guarded gate, paved roads, and underground utilities anchor the community, and nature trails with streams and waterfalls wind through it — yet it’s only about a five-minute trip down to the heart of Coco Beach.
