Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica

Real estate in Manuel Antonio has been made even more desirable with the addition of the beautiful Pez Vela Marina. Vacation rentals are popular, and the area is home to numerous boutique hotels and private homes that are rented out to visitors.  For investors, many of Manuel Antonio real estate options involve luxury homes that double as income properties when rented out. These million dollar homes include multiple indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces, infinity pools, and floor-to-ceiling windows so that inhabitants can enjoy the views of the mountains, the jungle, and the ocean. Some have bridges from one part of the property to another that are fully enclosed in glass for the best views of sunsets, rain storms, and wildlife.

There are also villas and condominiums available in Manuel Antonio.  Homes are built right into the mountains. Because the area is mountainous, it is not recommended for those with limited mobility. There are homes and lots of land available in and near the village, but there are also options in more secluded locations, higher-up in the mountains.
