Sarah is very comfortable behind the camera and the Breitlander Team has incorporated video marketing into their luxury marketing. Sarah is a U.S. licensed attorney who practiced law for a decade at a large Chicago law firm. Sarah was named among Chicago’s top “40 Under 40” attorneys to watch and was named repeatedly an Illinois “Rising Star” in Super Lawyers Magazine, a distinction reserved for the top 2.5% of IL lawyers. Pete is a U.S. accredited real estate broker with 18 years of experience. He is the founder and creator of the KRAIN brand. Pete was managing broker for the KRAIN Chicago office from 2006 to 2014, until he and Sarah founded KRAIN Costa Rica. Pete was honored repeatedly by the Chicago Association of Realtors for being in the top 1% all of realtors. KRAIN Chicago merged with Compass in 2018. Pete and Sarah have lived in Costa Rica for seven years and have had both of their daughters here. During that time, KRAIN Costa Rica has become the leading brokerage in the area, and KRAIN’s property management division manages over 100 homes. Pete and Sarah care deeply for their community and constantly strive to give back and better our village.
