Climate and Location
Climate and Location: Florencia, Costa Rica.
Florencia is situated in San Carlos, between Quesada City and Agua Zarcas. Florencia is only 50 miles from the Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose.
Residents have different outlooks on the climate. Those from North America and Europe tend to consider the climate perfect, while Costa Ricans from the beach towns find it cold enough to make a fire nightly. The temperature ranges from 62-84 degrees Fahrenheit. Days are sunny, with the occasional showers in the afternoons. September and October has more rain than other months, although sunny mornings are guaranteed nearly every day. January through March tends to be the driest season.
