Schools and Education

One of the most prestigious schools in Grecia is the ABC Educational Center (or ABC School).   It is a private, fully bilingual institution offering educational programs from kindergarten through high school.  The school has been offering quality education to Grecia for over a decade and has become an important part of this small and family-like community.

Another well-respected institution in Grecia is Maria Inmaculada School, a private, Christian school offering education to students from 5 to 17 years old.  This school has been opened to the community since the early 1960’s.  

In addition, Grecia is only a 20-minutes drive from the city of Alajuela, where there are dozens of educational sites for children of all ages.
